Trinity After School Kids

Trinity Community Center’s after school program, TASK (Trinity After School Kids) is one of the premiere after school programs in the city of New Orleans. Roughly 50 elementary school participants  are enrolled in the after school program, from 3 – 6:15 p.m, Monday-Thursday.

TASK provides one on one tutoring and homework help during the most influential hours of the day. Structured play, a daily devotional, life and study skills, a reading program, and extracurricular activities such as cooking and dance are also included.

It is our desire to walk with students from kindergarten through college, ensuring that they understand the value of higher education and teaching them the importance of indigenous leadership development.

If you would like to volunteer as a tutor please contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Morgan Clark, If you are interested in enrolling a student in our program please contact our Program Diretor, Chantel Dunn,  or call the office at (504) 482-7822

Our students are challenged each day to embrace and live out the tenets of TASK ROCKS and emphasized in the Scripture they memorize.
